Orders dismiss claims in Larry Green case
A judge dismissed all charges against a firefighter and ruled that the parents of a man mistakenly declared dead don’t have a case of emotional distress against a handful of other defendants. In orders that were filed late last week, Superior Court Judge Henry W. Hight Jr. dismissed all claims against Phillip Grissom Jr., an Epsom firefighter who responded to the scene where Larry Green was hit by a car on the evening of Jan. 24, 2005.
