Breaking News: Sexual assault charges face local man; arrested in SC with 14-year-old girl
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — A Franklin County man has been jailed in South Carolina on charges that he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl alleged to be carrying his child.
Horry County police charged Jose Jesus Cecena-Martinez with second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to reports, Cecena-Martinez kidnapped the girl from a Franklin County residence, drove to a town just north of Myrtle Beach, and had consensual sex with the girl.

DOROTHY M. LYNCH
CASTALIA — Dorothy Maxine Lynch, 71, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013.  Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 21, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Hollister. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at William Toney’s Funeral Home in Spring Hope.
