LOUISBURG - Beatrice I. Edgerton, 88, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services were held Monday, June 22, at Nelson Chapel Baptist Church, Louisburg. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

LOUISBURG - Sarah Faye Fields, 73, died Thursday, June 18, 2015.Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday. June 22, at Flat Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary McNair officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

YOUNGSVILLE --George Wilson Murphy, 99, died Saturday, June 20, 2015 at his residence eight days before his 100th birthday. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, June 22, at Harris Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Bill Haley officiating. Entombment will be held at a later date in the church cemetery.
