OBITUARIES

ERNEST C. WILKINS

RICHMOND, VA--Funeral services for Ernest Cecil Wilkins, 67, of Richmond, Va., formerly of Louisburg, who died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with the Rev. Jordan Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson Chapel Church cemetery.

JIMMY EDWARDS
December 20, 1944 - September 6, 2015

LOUISBURG - James Hurley "Jimmy" Edwards, Jr.,70, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 after the Lord, our Savior Jesus Christ, called him to his eternal home. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James H. Edwards, Sr., and his two brothers, Ricky and Ray Edwards. He is survived by his mother, Cora Katie Edwards; his beloved wife of 44 years, Debbie Nash Edwards; one son, James H. "Jay" Edwards, III of Miami, FL; one daughter, Tiffany E. Patterson (Erick) of Louisburg; and one granddaughter, Hilary Patterson.

LOUISBURG - Nellie Yvonne (Eve) Webb died at her home on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday, Sept. 8) in the family cemetery behind her home in Louisburg.
