LOUISBURG--Juanita Stokes Williams, 85, of Louisburg died Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Wake Medical Center. Born on February 27, 1931 to the late William Calvin "W.C." and Norma Hines Stokes. Juanita had a music degree from Greensboro Womens College and taught piano lessons and she loved traveling the world.

MARTHA GUINN CURETON

LOUISBURG--Martha Guinn Cureton, 92, passed away Sunday evening March 20, 2016 at Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson. She was born in McDowell County, the daughter of the late Martha Elizabeth Berry Guinn and Tucker M. Guinn and was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Edward Cureton and a daughter; Patsy Ann Cureton.
