LOUISBURG -- Prosecutors advised a judge on Thursday that the case against a man suspected of killing three people will proceed as a capital case. That means if a jury finds Darius Robinson guilty, he could be put to death. "We reviewed the statutes, the factors in the case and looked at the evidence we had at the time," said District Attorney Mike Waters. "That's why we've decided to proceed with a capital case."
