EXECUTRIX NOTICE

Having qualified on January 23, 2012 as Executrix of the Estate of Helda R. Perdue, deceased, late of Franklin County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the deceased to exhibit the same to the undersigned on or before April 28, 2012 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate should make immediate payment.
