Chapman Chapman named interim chief of nursing at Franklin Regional Lynn Chapman, RN, MHA, BSN, NE-BC, joined the Franklin Regional Medical Center administration as interim chief nursing officer (CNO), effective Aug. 23. Darnell earns designation Steven A. “Andy” Darnell, a staff accountant with Pittard Perry & Crone, Inc. in their New Bern office, has successfully passed all four parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Exam and has earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant.
