DONALD SCOTT HART
SOUTHPORT - Mr. Donald Scott Hart, age 39, of Southport died February 28, 2009 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Scott was born August 28, 1969 in Alamance County, NC. He was a member of the Southport Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce S. Hart; a daughter, Paige Garner; his mother, Patricia Simmons of St. Petersburg, FL; stepfather, Dillard Hart of Louisburg, NC; a sister, Michelle Jackson of Burlington, NC.

A memorial service was held Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 4 p.m. at the Chapel of Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral Service, 1411 N. Howe Street, Southport.
