ANDREW MARTIN MARCINKO III
August 3, 1965- September 16, 2009
FRANKLIN COUNTY - Andrew Martin Marcinko III, 44, of Franklin County died early Wednesday morning, September, 16, 2009 at Duke Hospital following a lengthy illness. 

Andrew was born August 3, 1965 in Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania to the late Andrew Martin Marcinko, Jr., and is survived by his mother, Martha Marcinko; sister, Janene Hearne and her husband, Raymond; nieces, Julie Miller and her husband, William, and Johanna Wicker and her husband Jason; a great-niece, Andi Wicker, and great-nephew, Zeke Wicker. 

Andrew was a mechanic for the Wake County Public School System Bus Transportation  Department. He worked there for over 25 years and he loved his job.  He was an avid Nascar racing fan and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his great-niece and nephew.  He also enjoyed spending time with his friends in Franklin County.

A private memorial service will be held in Franklin County at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Franklin County EMS, 930 NC 98 Hwy, Bunn, NC 27508.

Andrew was loved and will be greatly missed.
