WASHINGTON, DC- Arthur C. Collins of Washington, D.C., formerly of Franklinton, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

He was predeceased by his parents, Virginia M. Keith and Nathaniel H. Collins Jr.; one sister, Elaine; and one brother, Henry Wayne.

Surviving: nine children; three sisters; one brother; and 11 grandchildren.
