JANE F. HOWARD
RICHMOND, VA. - Jane Fuller Howard, 89, died Thursday, July 29, 2010 in Richmond, Va. There will be a memorial service at Bliley’s - Central, 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond, Va., at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2. Interment will be a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg, at 3 p.m. Monday.

She graduated from Louisburg College and Richmond Professional Institute of the College of William and Mary. She taught school for more than 24 years at the Richmond Cerebral Palsy Center. She was a member of Ginter Park Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for many years.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Cary Mills Howard Jr.; her mother, Neva Rowland Fuller, and father, Festus McDuffie Fuller, all of Louisburg.

Surviving: daughters, Jane Howard Behrend (John R.) of Midlothian, Va., and Margaret Howard Lyda of Richmond, Va.; two grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
