HAZEL E. HOBBS
YOUNGSVILLE —Hazel Eddins Hobbs, 70, died Saturday morning, Aug. 7, 2010. Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 9, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest. Burial was at the Rolesville Baptist Church cemetery.

She was born in Wake County, daughter of the late Lacy Scarboro Eddins and Harvey Glen “Bo” Eddins. She was a member of Freedom Life Church in Henderson and was active in the choir. She was a retired nutritionist.

Surviving: daughter, Angela Pearce of Youngsville; son, Billy Ray Pearce (Melynda) of Rolesville; stepson, Billy Wayne Pearce of Wilmington; sisters, Marian E. Hicks of Rolesville, Alice E. Clark of Knightdale; two granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.
