JAMES E. HICKS
RALEIGH - James Edward Hicks, 57, died Tuesday morning, Nov. 23, 2010 at his residence. A memorial service honoring his life was held Friday, Nov. 26, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home.

He was born in Wake County, the son of William E. Hicks and Yvonne Joyner Hicks. He was retired as an inspector with Mactec in Raleigh.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Hicks; a sister, Gina Hicks; and a brother, Doug Hicks.

Surviving: wife, Kimberly Barham Hicks; daughters, Lindsay Joyce and Brittany Hicks of Wake Forest, Anna Hicks of Greenville; stepson, Chris Muse of Louisburg; mother, Yvonne Joyner Hicks of Raleigh; and a sister, Mary Hiemenz of Raleigh.

Arrangements handled by Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Wake Forest.
