BONNIE S. FINCH
WENDELL - Bonnie Strickland Finch, 62, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 at Rex Healthcare. Funeral service was Thursday, March 3, at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, Knightdale, with the Rev. Aaron Wallace and the Rev. Bobby Richardson officiating.

She was born in Bladen County to the late Raymond Strickland and Juanita Pearce Strickland. She was a school teacher and was very involved in the Reading Recovery Program. She was a member of Hephzibah Baptist Church.

Surviving: husband, William Sherrill “Bill” Finch; daughter, Michelle VanBeek (Tim) of Efland; sisters, Pat Napowsa (Warren) of Apex, Janice Cauble (Glenn) of Rockledge, Fla.; brother, Edward G. Pait (Jody) of Youngsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Michelle Finch.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to His Laboring Few Biker Ministry of Jesus Christ, 812 Martin Luther King Drive, Thomasville, NC 27360.
