HAZEL K. COLLIER
July 2, 1925 – August 28, 2011
LOUISBURG – Hazel Kemp Collier, 86, of Louisburg, passed away Sunday night.

Mrs. Collier was a daughter of the late Herman Clare and Clara Gilliam Kemp. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Collier; sons, Richard “Dickey” Collier, Jr. and Thomas Collier; granddaughter, Kim Collier; sister, Jean K. Looper; brother, H.C. “Red” Kemp, Jr.

There will be a private memorial service.

Mrs. Collier is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Rachel Collier of Franklinton; grandchildren, Jerry Dickerson and wife, Maggie; David Dickerson and wife, Valerie; great-grandchildren, Caleb and Olivia Dickerson; aunt, Edith K. Frisbie of Louisburg; several nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 6931 Arlington Road, 2nd floor, Bethesda, Maryland 20814.

Arrangements are by Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, Louisburg.
