WAKE FOREST - Sarah Helen Fleming, 90, died Monday, Aug. 29, 2011. A graveside service was held at Wake Forest Cemetery on Saturday, Sept. 3, with the Rev. Troy Bragg officiating.
She was born to the late Latny and Sarah Dunston Fleming of Rolesville. As a child, she was a member of Rolesville Baptist Church and later moved to Wake Forest. She was employed at General Cleaners for more than 40 years.
One son, Howard Lee Fleming, and three sisters, Lillie Pearl Fleming, Mary Alice Fleming and Elizabeth Fleming, all preceded her in death.
Surviving: children, Jean Marie Clegg (John), Rose Mary Fleming, and Burnice Donnell Fleming of Durham; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements handled by Cutchins Funeral Home, Franklinton.
