RUSSELL EDWARD PERGERSON
ROCKY MOUNT - Russell Edward Pergerson, 61, of Rocky Mount, passed away Tuesday evening, November 27, 2012 at Nash General Hospital. He was born in Franklin County to the late Russell I. Pergerson & Edna Woodlief Pergerson. Mr. Pergerson was retired from CenturyLink after over 30 years of service and was a member of Anchor Baptist Church in Louisburg.

A memorial service will be held at 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, December 1, 2012 at Anchor Baptist Church, Louisburg, NC.

Mr. Pergerson is survived by his daughters, Bethany Pergerson of Raleigh and Casey Beeghly and husband Daniel of Norfolk, VA; former wife, Diane Barnette Pergerson of Raleigh; good friend, Yvonne Smith of Rocky Mount; grandson, Jack Beeghly of Norfolk, VA; siblings, Lydia Pergerson and Walt Pergerson and wife Nancy, all of Raleigh; niece, Erin Pergerson of Raleigh; many friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his brother, Clay Pergerson.

Memorial contributions can be made to Anchor Baptist Church, 1308 NC HWY 98, Louisburg, NC 27549.

Friends may visit with the family following the service at the church.
