PATSY B. HICKS
YOUNGSVILLE - Patsy Bartholomew Hicks, 74, died Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the William M. Dunlap Center for Caring. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, at Rolesville Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Bartholomew.  She retired from Nationwide Insurance Company after more than 30 years of service.

Surviving: daughter, Susie Hicks of Rolesville; brothers, Richard Bartholomew (Shirley) of Rolesville and Bobby Bartholomew (Joyce) of Rolesville; four nieces and four nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Hicks; sister, Susan Ayscue; and brothers, James and Ben Bartholomew.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 19, from 7 – 8:30 p.m. at Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest.
