JERRY A. MORRIS
LOUISBURG - Jerry Andrew Morris, 66, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013 at Hospice of Wake Co. Memorial services were held Saturday, Oct. 26,  at Pearce Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Cottrell officiating.   Entombment was at Lancaster Memorial Park.

He was born in Washington, NC to Charles Hughes Morris and Janeth Nadine Phillips Wrenn Morris.

He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam conflict, and went on to a career in banking, retiring after 28 years as a trust officer with BB&T.

Surviving: wife Bettie Jean Morris; daughters, Neisha Holley (Wayne) of Whiteville and Kirsten Biddix (Rob) of Durham; brothers, Gary Phillips of Woodleaf, Dale Phillips of Graham and Randy Phillips of Mebane; sisters, Tammy Fogleman of Graham and Cindy Briggs of Roxboro; stepchildren, Robyn Hines, Nicole Stinnett (Bobby) and Kimberly Creech (Brooks); and nine grandchildren.
