TERRY L. STRICKLAND
KNIGHTDALE - Terry Lane Strickland, 54, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007 at his home. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Feb. 23, at Faith Baptist Church, Knightdale, with the Rev. Mick Bowen officiating. Burial was in Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.

He was born in Franklin County to Raye Gupton Strickland and the late Gerald Strickland. He retired from the N. C. Department of Transportation as a construction engineer.

Surviving; his wife, Diane Humphries Strickland; daughters, Laura (Travis) Smith of Zebulon, Ashley (Anthony) Powell of Raleigh, Amber (Steve) Perry of Fuquay; son, Michael Brandon Strickland of Fairfax, Va.; mother, Raye Gupton Strickland of Bunn; twin brother, Jerry (Deborah) Strickland of Apex; sister, Patricia (Terry) Dodson of Bunn; and three grandchildren.
