DOROTHY "HAZEL" STOKES PERSON

CATONSVILLE, MD- Funeral services for Dorothy "Hazel" Stokes Person, 71, who died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 12 noon at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bobby Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Betty Chambers of Catonsville, Md.; sons, George "Lil Wayne" Scruggs of Westminister, Md., Virgil Scruggs of Baltimore, Md., Anthony Person of Atlanta, Ga., Moses Person and Ulysses "Jerome" Person, both of Baltimore, Md.; sisters, Olla Beatrice Tucker of Essey, Md., Mary Stokes of Staton Island, N.Y., Claudia Diaz of Boston, Mass., and Elaine Thomas of Baltimore, Md.; brothers, Jerry Thomas of Randallstown, Md., James Stokes of Spartanburg, S.C., and Morris Stokes of Henderson; 25 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Wake services will be held at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Arrangements by Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
