ZEBULON - Philip Paul Frase, 41, of Zebulon died Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, at his residence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mt. Jewett, Pa., with the Rev. Vincent Cieslewicz, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Bridgeview Cemetery.

Born in Kane, Pa., he was a son of the late Douglas Frase and Patricia Cole Roesch. He attended Kane High School and was employed as a construction worker.

Surviving, in addition to his mother of Mt. Jewett, are a sister, Sarah Roesch of Pittsburgh; a brother, Dennis Frase of Hazel Hurst, Pa.; two half sisters, Louri King of Rixeyville, Va., and Rachael Roberson of New Bern; two half brothers, Carl Frase and JD Frase, both of Trenton, N.C.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday Nov. 21, at the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. in Mt. Jewett.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd, Louisburg, is assisting with arrangements.
