CATHERINE O. NASH

LOUISBURG - Catherine Oldham Nash, 89, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Nash General Hospital. A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Louisburg Baptist Church with the Rev. Reggie Rushing officiating. Burial will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park.

She was born to the late Elmer Caldwell and Cora MaGuire Oldham. She kept books for the family businesses, Nash Trucking and Bunn Lumber and Chip Company.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis W. Nash; her brother, William Oldham; ;and her sister, Sarah Jackson.

Surviving: son, Terry (Lori) Nash of Nashville; daughter, Penny Nash (Thomas) Cox of Richmond, Va.; sisters, Martha Fleming and Evelyn Westbrook; five granddaughters; and two grandsons.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Louisburg Baptist Church.
