PAUL SLEDGE, JR.

SPRING HOPE - Paul Sledge, Jr., 79, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015.

A memorial service will be Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Holly Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Sean Lee will conduct the service. Visitation will follow the service.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sledge, Sr. and Annie Wood Sledge, and brothers, Clarence Sledge and Cleveland Sledge.

Mr. Sledge leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Elsie G. Sledge of the home; two daughters, Carolyn Gillis (Howard) and Brenda Hoyle (Richard), both of Kittrell, NC., one son, Thomas Sledge of Spring Hope; a sister, Annie Lee Sledge Woodard (Bruce) of Smithfield; four grandchildren: Nicki Stoner (Bert), Steven Bryant (Lezlie), Jonathan Hoyle and Katherine Hoyle. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Holly Grove Baptist Church, 1640 Holly Rd., Spring Hope, NC 27882.
