DIANE KEARNEY SMITH

FRANKLINTON - Diane Kearney Smith, 59, of Franklinton died Thursday, June 4, 2015. Born on November 22, 1955 to the late Onda and Susie Belle Hart Kearney. Diane was also preceded in death by her son, Richard Smith. Diane was a homemaker and loved cooking. Her husband, children, and family were her life;

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday June 6, 2015 at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel, 504 East Mason St., Franklinton, with the Rev. Lee Jeffreys and the Rev. Steve Barham officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel and at Diane's home at all other times.

Surviving are Diane's husband, Tony Curtis Smith; her daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and John Radford; her grandchildren, Cameron and Mackenzie; brothers, Onda Kearney (Mary), and Gary Kearney (Kathy); sisters, Linda Strother (Carlton Murray), Betty Clark (Buddy), Sheila Smith (Wesley), and Rose Kearney; her mother-in-law, Elaine Smith; a sister-in-law, Nancy Satterwhite; and a brother-in-law, Richard Smith (Kathy), as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, you consider contributions to the Wakefield Cancer Center in Diane's memory. Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services is handling the arrangements and online condolences may be made to www.lancasterfcs.com.
