GOLDSBORO - Funeral services for Charlotte Hicks Burnette, 42, of Goldsboro, formerly of Louisburg, who died Wednesday, June 17, 2015, will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, at Walnut Grove Baptist Church, Louisburg, with the Rev. Mark Mofield officiating. Burial will follow in the Cope family cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Richard Lee Burnette of the home; daughters, Charmes Hicks Cox (Tiwon) and Ronjae Perry, all of Goldsboro, and Marquasia Jones of Elizabeth City; sons, Christopher Burnette (Shaniqua) of Greensboro and McKenzie Bunn (Bridgette) of Decatur, Ga.; mother, Bertine Matthews (Kenyon) and Erwin "Booze" Mann, of Louisburg; sisters, Shané Carter and Tracy Canady, both of Greensboro; brothers, Marquise Price of New Jersey, Antonio Matthews of Cary, Brandon Hicks of Louisburg and Dexter Epps of Raleigh; and six grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Tuesday, June 23, from 3 to 7 p.m.
