GREGORY H. THOMPSON

LOUISBURG--Gregory Howard Thompson, 61, died Friday, March 11, 2016, at Louisburg Nursing Center. A memorial service was held Monday at 3 p.m. at Hill King United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dave Bundy officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date at Centerville Baptist Church.

He was born on April 12, 1954 to the late Archie Howard and Julia Ann Lewis Thompson. He owned and operated Graphic Labs Printing Company for 20 years. He was a member of the Lions Club and was currently a member of "Three Strand Cord," a Christian rock band.

Surviving: his son, Alex Thompson; close companion, Cindy Walker; sister, Barbara Davis (Steve); brothers, Art Thompson (Gail) and Ricky Thompson (Sharon); and two nieces and three nephews.
