YOUNGSVILLE --Mary J. Stokes, 67, died Monday, March 21, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 26, at Friendship Chapel Baptist Church in Wake Forest. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Melody Harris of Knightdale and Jacquelyne Bulluck of Youngsville; son, Ervin Lamont Stokes of Greensboro; sisters, Barbara Christmas of Zebulon and Archab Hayes of Raleigh; brothers, Wilbert Davis of Henderson and Johnny Lee Davis of Virginia; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
