OAKES, N.D. - Ivan Mann, 65, of Oakes, N.D., died Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 at Prince of Peace Care Center in Ellendale, N.D.
He was born in Louisburg to David and Ardena (Crudup) Mann. He served in the U.S. Army for 16 years. He was employed at Economy Oil as a diesel mechanic for many years.
Surviving: his wife, Emma; two children and one special adopted daughter, Tricia (Joshua) Konway, JD Mann, and Jamie Day Garza; sisters, Mettie Berry and Clementine Brodie; six grandchildren; and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces; and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Joe Mann, Artemus Mann, Doness Mann, David Lee Mann, Mae Jones and Daphine Hopkins; and two grandsons.
A prayer service will be held on Friday, Jan. 27, at 7 p.m. at Dahlstrom Funeral Home in Oakes, N. D. His memorial service will be Saturday, Jan. 28, at 2 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Oakes. |
