LOUISBURG - Kenneth Perry Perdue, Sr., 77, died suddenly Friday morning at his home. He was born in Franklin County, a son of the late Perry Clifton and Ann Uzzell Perdue. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Kennedy Perdue. Mr. Perdue retired from the fuel oil industry.
Funeral service was held 2 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2017 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial followed in Lancaster Memorial Park.
He is survived by his son, Kent Perdue and wife Sherry; daughter, Karen Wilson and husband Tim; brother, Dwight Perdue and wife Linda of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Brittany Strickland and husband Brad, Kailey Wilson and Heather Perdue; great-grandchildren, Macy and Camryn Strickland.

The family received friends 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg and other times at the home.
