PEGGY ANN WEATHERS

LOUISBURG--Peggy Ann Weathers, 65, died Monday, July 3, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 7, 1952, in Franklin County, to the late Jake J. Hayes and Isabell Dickerson Hayes. Peggy worked for many years at Nortel and IBM.

Her family meant everything to her. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and always loved a good party.

Peggy was preceded in death by a brother, Walter "Rock" Hayes as well as her parents.

Memorial services will be held 11 am Saturday, July 8, 2017 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest. Rev. Martin Pinnell will officiate.

Surviving are; her husband, of 34 years, Jimmy J. Weathers; a daughter, Jimi Jo Weathers and husband, Troy "Duck" Davis; two grandchildren, Xavier Davis and Bryson Weathers; two sisters, Betty Stafford and Florenda Denton; and many other friends and family whom Peggy so loved.
