KENNETH T. PEARCE
RALEIGH - Kenneth Talmadge Pearce, 74, died Thursday evening, May 18, 2006 at Rex Hospital. Funeral services were Monday, May 22, at Pearce Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mr. Pearce was born in Franklin County, the son of the late Ivan (Buck) and Zelma Hagwood Pearce. He was a retired bank executive with BB&T and was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired major with the NC National Guard.

Surviving: his wife, Patricia (Pat) Cording Pearce; daughter, Angela P. Mabe (Brian) of High Point; brothers, Dalton Pearce (Sylvia) of Macclesfield, Rudy Pearce Sr. of Wendell, Wayne Pearce of Knightdale, David Pearce (Barbara) of Raleigh; and one granddaughter.

Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to the NC State Wolfpack Club, P. O. Box 37100, Raleigh, NC 27627 or Pearce Baptist Church (Cemetery Fund), 4634 Pearces Road, Zebulon, NC 27597.

Arrangements handled by Strickland Funeral Home, Wendell.
