HARVEY G. FERRELL
FRANKLINTON - Harvey Gene Ferrell, 63, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008 at Franklin Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

He was born in Nash County, the son of Lottie Nelms Ferrell and the late William Harvey Ferrell. He was a telecommunications cable technician for more than 30 years.

Surviving: his wife, Debra Turner Ferrell; mother, Lottie Nelms Ferrell; daughter, Wendy Jean Ferrell; sons, Harvey Lee Ferrell (Lisa), all of Franklinton, John David Ferrell (Pattie) of Wake Forest, Steven Ray Ferrell of Cary; sister, Rhonda Gail Melvin; brothers, William Tony Ferrell and Brian Keith Ferrell, all of Nashville; and three grandchildren.Friends may visit with the family from 6-8 p.m. today (Saturday, Feb. 23) at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Wake Forest.
