EMMA M. KONKLE
WAKE FOREST - Emma Mackenzie Konkle, infant daughter of Emily Tinsley Konkle and Zeke Konkle, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2009 in Carteret County.

Funeral service will be at 12 noon today (Wednesday, Jan. 7), at Bay Leaf Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.

She was born in Wake county and was preceded in death by her grandmother, Judy Groome.

She is survived by her parents, Zeke and Emily Konkle; brothers, Liam and Ethan Konkle, both of the home; maternal grandparents, John and Emma Tinsley, of Youngsville, paternal grandfather, William Konkle, of Wake Forest; great-grandmother, Emma Winstead, of Rocky Mount; two aunts.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon today (Wednesday, Jan. 7) prior to the service in the Bay Leaf Baptist Church Fellowship Center, Raleigh.
