JEANETTE S. HILTON
GARNER - Jeanette Sullivan Hilton, 67, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009. Funeral services were Friday, Feb. 6, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home chapel in Garner. Burial followed at Montlawn Memorial Park.

A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of Margaret Britt Sullivan and the late Charles Sullivan. She was a retired employee of Dorothea Dix Hospital.

Surviving: her lifetime partner, James Cobbett Sr.; daughters, Annette Howington Hammond (Stanley) of Clayton, Margie Howington Cobbett (Robert) of Selma, Renee Hilton of Raleigh; sons, Jimmy Howington Jr. (Alice) of Garner, Ken Howington of Raleigh; brother, Michael Sullivan (Ginger) of Rolesville; stepdaughters, Kate Snowman (Chris) of Orland, Maine, Becky Cobbett-Lavede (Dario) of Wake Forest; stepson, James Cobbett Jr. of Louisburg; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Massengill.
