WARRENTON - Plummer “Preacher” Williams Jr., 73, of the Inez community, died Friday, May 8, 2009 at Washington Hospital in Washington, D.C.

He was a member of the Safeway Travelers singing group.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church in Inez. The Rev. Junious M. Debnam, pastor, will officiate.

Arrangements are by Boyd’s Funeral Service of Warrenton.
