RALEIGH - Charles Linus Mann, 81, died Thursday, June 25, 2009 at home. Funeral service was conducted Saturday, June 27, at Maskil Fellowship Church, 2227 Milburnie Road, Raleigh. Entombment followed at Raleigh Memorial Park.

He was born in Wake County and was a long-time employee of Whitaker Park Apartments.

Surviving: sons, Charles Ray Mann (Lori) of Louisburg, Dennis Ray Mann (Linda) of Raleigh and Danny Ray Mann of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cola Mae Mann.
