WAKE FOREST - Bessie Forsyth Grissom, 97, of Wake Forest Care Center, formerly of Moore’s Pond Road, Youngsville, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006. A graveside service was conducted Saturday, Aug. 19, at Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery.

She was the daughter of the late Ennis and Becky Forsyth, the wife of the late Hugh Grissom, and the mother of the late Edward Lee Grissom.

She is survived by her nieces.
