ZEBULON - Mozelle Gilbert Parsons, 84, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 p.m. today (Saturday, Jan. 9) at Wakefield Central Baptist Church, with visitation from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. prior to the service. Private burial will follow the service.

A native of Wilkes County, she was the daughter of the late Odie and Nevada Ellen Gilbert.

Surviving: husband, R.C. Parsons of the home; daughter, Kathy Privette (Bob) of Wendell; brother, Larry Gilbert of Wilkes County; one grandson; and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Wakefield Central Baptist Church Building Fund.
