FRANKLINTON —Kenneth Miskie, 73, died Monday, Feb. 22, 2010 in Raleigh. A memorial service was held Friday, Feb. 26, in the chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel, 504 E. Mason St., Franklinton.

He was born in Milwaukee, Wisc., to Frank and Ruth Miskie. He graduated from high school and later served in the U.S. Air Force. He lived in Omaha, Neb., for many years before moving to North Carolina.

Surviving: wife, Jane; daughter, Pam Zaharias (Ken); sons, Keith Miskie (Stacey) and Scott Miskie; and six grandchildren.
