LOUISBURG - James H. Wilkerson, 78, died Monday, Aug. 28, 2006. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, at Mt. Hebron Holiness Church, Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones Cemetery in Louisburg.

Surviving: daughter, Jamie Neal of Jacksonville, Fla.; sons, Wilbert Wilkerson of Louisburg, James Cornell Wilkerson of Raleigh, Henry Lee Gregory, Jonah Karl Gregory, and Jason Karlton Gregory, all of Charlotte; sisters, Marie Yarborough and Susan Wilkerson, both of Baltimore, Md., and Bertha Novella Wilkerson of Knightdale; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
