LOUISBURG - Tony Clifton Wynne, 50, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Louisburg Baptist Church, with Dr. Reggie Rushing officiating.  Interment will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park.

He was a fireman with Louisburg Fire Department from February 1981 until present and had served as a supervisor since January 2007.  He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Morris Wynne, and brother, Ralph Wynne. 

Surviving: wife, Terri Wynne; daughters, Jessica Stollings (Darrell) of San Angelo, Tex., Tiffany Wynne and Natalie Wynne of the home; mother, Laura Frances Wynne of Louisburg; brother, Bruce Wynne (Kathy) of Bahama; half-brother, Howard Wynne (Sallie) of Kittrell; and many nieces and nephews.
