ZEBULON - Alice Pope Wall, 94, died Sunday, May 16, 2010. Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. today (Wednesday, May 19) at Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, 211 W. Third St., Wendell.

Born in Johnston County, she was daughter to the late Julian R. and Goldie Thomasson Pope. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ola Wall. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Surviving: son, Kenny Wall of the home; sister, Maude Hocutt; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service and other times at the home of her sister, Maude, 432 E. Third St., Wendell.
