LOUISBURG - Vincent A. “Vinnie” Lauria died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, less than 24 hours after his second wife, Lucille, had died.

He was born in New York and moved to North Carolina in 1976 with his company, IBM.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Mona Louise Lauria.

Surviving: children, Richard Lauria of Indiana, Duane Lauria of Louisburg; Karen Edwards (Nathan) of New Bern, and Wade Lauria (Rebecca) of Louisburg; sisters, Marie and Barbara of New York; and three grandchildren.
