WILSON - David Barrett Lloyd, 29, died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010. Funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, with Pastor Israel Campbell officiating.

Surviving: wife, Patricia Lloyd; daughters, Makenzie Danielle Abernathy of Wilson, Ezura Marie Twiddy of Elizabeth City, Abigail Elizabeth Smith Lloyd and Rebecca Felicity Lloyd, both of Wilson; sons, David Carroll Abernathy of Wilson, Chandler William Asher Lloyd of Raleigh and Gage Michael Matthews Lloyd of Elizabeth City; father, William Lloyd of Wilson; mother, Catherine Lloyd Lewis and stepfather, David Gerald Lewis of Lucama; sister, Valerie Lloyd Simmons of Wilson; grandmother, Dolores Perry Lloyd of Youngsville; grandfather, Ralph Edward Cochran of Wilmington.
