YOUNGSVILLE —Carson Allen Daughtry, 60, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010 at his home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

He was born in Wake County to the late Peyton Morris Daughtry and Hilda Mae Wilson Daughtry. He served his country in the National Guard and was the owner of C. A. Daughtry’s Home Repair.

Surviving: wife, Judy Wilson Daughtry; daughter, Tracy Revell of Four Oaks; son, Joseph Daughtry of Wilmington; stepdaughter, Dawn Parker of Raleigh; stepson, Don Eddins (Kris) of Clayton; sister, Ruth Marie Ward (John) of Ethridge, Tenn.; brothers, Ricky Daughtry of Sanford, Larry Daughtry (Paula) of Killeen, Tex.; one grandson; and five step-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
