WAKE FOREST- Sylvia Pernell Frazier, 74, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 at WakeMed. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Oct. 30) at Harris Chapel Baptist Church cemetery, with the Rev. Bill Haley officiating.

She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Allie Marion Pernell and Gladys Mae Joyner Pernell, and was a member of Harris Chapel Baptist Church.

Surviving: husband, L. Roy Frazier; son, Danny Frazier of Wake Forest; sister, Carolyn Bowden (Bobby) of Wake Forest; one niece and one nephew.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Frazier, and one niece.

Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to the Harris Chapel Baptist Church, Building Fund, 2960 Tarboro Road, Youngsville, NC 27596.
