WAKE FOREST - Alice Williams Jarman, 84, died Friday, Dec. 17, 2010 at Britthaven of Louisburg. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Bill Spence officiating.

She was born in Wake County, the daughter of the late Ardelle Carpenter Williams and Walter Williams and was a member of the Church of The Living God in Youngsville.

Surviving: husband Edward L. Jarman; daughter, Kay King (Sydney) of Wake Forest; sons Charles Jarman (Peggy) of Louisburg, James Jarman (Marilyn) of Louisburg; Jerry Jarman (Joyce) of Rolesville, and Dale Jarman of Louisburg; sisters, Lucille W. Ridenhour of Dunn, Iola W. Garner of Wake Forest, Hazel W. Daniel of Garner; brothers, Dennis Williams, Walter Williams Jr. and S. P. Williams, all of Durham, Oarsie Williams of Sanford, Albert Williams of Wake Forest; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family from 7-8:30 Saturday evening at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest.
