YOUNGSVILLE - Guy Herbert Jackson, 55, died Monday evening, Feb. 14, 2011. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steve Davis and the Rev. Jesse Parrish officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson family cemetery.

He was born in Wake County, son of Genavee Ellington Jackson and the late James Albert Jackson, Sr., and was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Ransom “Bud” Jackson.

Surviving: wife, Patricia Finn Jackson; a son, Brad Jackson (Charee) of Youngsville; mother, Genavee Jackson of Youngsville; brother, J.A. Jackson of Youngsville; and one grandson.

Friends may visit with the family from 7-9 PM today (Wednesday, Feb. 16) at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 South Main St., Wake Forest.
